Ron at Graham Goodyear in Grand Island, NE, was our Hero tonight (Friday, November 10, 2023)!! We can’t begin to thank him enough! We are driving to CA with our two 15 year old dogs and our SUV fully packed to the ceiling when we had a tire blowout on I-80. We were so fortunate that a State Trooper pulled up behind us within 5 minutes and a AAA tow truck within 10 minutes. We called Graham Goodyear at 5:15 and told them the tow truck driver was dropping off our blown tire and rim as we had NO room in our SUV. Ron said they closed at 5:30 and wouldn’t reopen until Monday morning but he’d wait for us. When we arrived he didn’t have our size tire in the store so he called a warehouse employee (who was already at home) to go get the tire from the warehouse. We’re also VERY GRATEFUL to that kind man but didn’t get his name. Then Ron mounted the new tire on our rim and put our spare donut tire back under our vehicle and helped my husband, Mark, repack our SUV. Ron was a true Earth Angel tonight and we are so VERY, VERY GRATEFUL! What an exemplary employee who stayed an extra hour after closing to help get us back on the road! The world needs more men like Ron!

Great place if you want to be talked down to. Not a good place for quality work. I wouldn't take any vehicle there for anything.
